At Scott Safety, we take pride in our comprehensive fire safety services and our commitment to providing our clients with the best possible protection against industrial fires.
We are proud to have a large fleet of firefighting equipment designed specifically for handling dangerous fires. Our equipment is regularly serviced and maintained to ensure that it is always in optimal working condition.
Our industrial fire services team is made up of highly trained and experienced professionals with domestic and international experience in fire safety. They are equipped with the latest technology and techniques to respond quickly and effectively to any fire emergency.
Equipment
Our fire trucks are specifically built for the oil & gas sector and our units' unique design is equipped to fight, control and eventually extinguish hydrocarbon fires through a sustained suppression operation with a positive air intake fail safe. Our units also provide onsite support and command & control functions for any situation they may be dispatched. In addition to their obvious firefighting capabilities, our units are also equipped with a fully functional emergency shower & decontamination system with overhead shower discharges, eyewash stations, and drench hoses that meet ANSI code. One unique function of our units, is the fact that they carry a specific complement of AR AR-AFFF (Alcohol Resistant Aqueous Film Forming Foam) Class B foam. This foam is designed for hydrocarbon fire cooling and suppression. With Less surface tension than regular AFFF it is much more effective at smothering vapor and breaking the chemical chain reaction.
